All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders/packages are shipped by USPS.

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size.
In general, it takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are: USA: 3-7 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not deliver our products outside of the U.S.A.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the product page. The shipping charges include handling, packaging, and shipping costs.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from the time your order is confirmed.
If you haven’t received your order within seven days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support @ chichisdesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
